The present clarification text is prepared by Dr. Lida Çiteli, data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.: 6698 and the Communiqué Regarding Procedures and Principles That Shall Be Followed to Fulfill the Clarification Liability.1. 2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are being processed within the framework of following purposes and legal grounds in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Law No.: 6698 and secondary regulations. In case you complete the “Contact Form” that are available at https://www.drlidaciteli.com/iletisim, Dr. Lida Çiteli shall process your various personal data (such as your name and surname, e-mail, subject and message etc.) within the scope of the contact request you created in accordance with the legal grounds for legitimate interests as stipulated under Article 5/2-f of the Law No.: 6698 in order to contact you, and to assess and conclude any requests, complaints and suggestions.
3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds
Dr. Lida Çiteli collects your personal data through the website you visited/contact form. Furthermore, your personal data are also collected by various other methods when you disclose them by contacting Dr. Lida Çiteli.
Your personal data shall be processed in the direction of aforementioned objectives and legal grounds on the basis of legal grounds that are stipulated under Article Nos.: 5/2-ç and 5/2-f of the Personal Data Protection Law No.: 6698, and shall be processed and preserved throughout relative legal term.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Dr. Lida Çiteli may share your personal data, which are processed in the direction of aforementioned objectives and legal grounds, with its third-party business partners, with which she conducts her activities, and/or or legally authorized public and private institutions for implementation of various activities, if required, in accordance with Article 5/2-ç of the Law No.: 6698. 5. Rights of the Data Subject
Natural persons, whose rights are processed within the body of Dr. Lida Çiteli, shall hold following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether personal data are processed or not,
- To request information, if personal data are processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in the direction of relative intended purpose,
- To be informed on third parties, to whom personal data are transferred internationally or domestically,
- In case personal data are processed deficiently or incorrectly, to request correction of the same, and to request such action to be notified to third parties, to whom personal data are transferred,
- To request deletion or elimination of personal data, in case reasons that require the personal data to be processed have disappeared, although personal data are processed in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Law and provisions of other relative laws, and to request actions that are taken within the scope of above context are notified to third parties, to whom personal data are transferred,
- To raise an objection against any results that may be disadvantageous to the data subject, provided that relative data are analyzed by automatic systems exclusively,
- To claim indemnity, in case the data subject suffers any damages due to processing of personal data illegally.
Data subject shall be entitled to convey such claims to the Data Controller in conformity with the Communiqué Regarding Procedures and Principles for Applications Made Before the Data Controller. You may submit your statement of claim, which includes your identity details, in person by hand, via a notary public or by other methods that are specified by the Personal Data Protection Board in order to exercise aforementioned rights.
Claims raised by data subjects shall be assessed and concluded at no cost as soon as possible and finally in maximum thirty (30) days. In case the assessment and decision making process require incurring various costs, fee that is indicated in the tariff announced by the Personal Data Protection Board shall be considered."
